I like the site graphics so much (I spent an hour or so playing with the Giottesque fly ;-) and the sound track is very delicate. And maybe the menu system could also support the thesis of the navigation recognizability. But it also keeps me a bit lost.

The selects and scrollbars keeps me lost too. They’re looks like just the MX UI ones. But they’re not.

Just another thing. I’m using a 19inch monitor setted at 1278dpi and I have the scroll bar on the right! I little bit tall for a page, isn’t it?

I never listen to soundtracks. I usually have my speakers off. I think the site is graphically painstaking, really beautiful and rich in “surprises”.

I thing there’s a huge planning behind: they want to make the user astnonished.

I have the same doubts you have about the menu and its usability.

I looked for the “surprises” you were talkin’ about. Found them. I just think they are more gratifing for the designer than for the user herself.

Than we have the streaming stuff. Although I have so much to be read in each page as soon as I click on any internal link I’m forced to wait for a download. Why don’t they use controlled streaming?

I think you should concentrate your self on the “beautifulness” on the site more. You’re too pragmatic. The main purpose of the author is show his skills and ability.

Don’t agree with you at all. 247 Media Studios is an agency. So its site should sell its services. Mainly based on Flash sites. I don’t think I’d like to be a 247 Media customer. This said, I’d like to say the site is so poetic.
