Jonathan Boutelle is a principal at Uzanto Consulting. A software engineer by training, his interests lie at the intersection of technology, business, and customer experience.

His current work involves building an innovative rich internet application. He studied Computer Science at Brown University, and has worked as a software engineer for Advanced Visual Systems (a data visualization company) and CommerceOne (a B2B enterprise software company).

He writes an occasional article on his blog.
